ARTSPLORATION! is the collision of Art, Humanity, Math and Science in one Visual Arts course. The crossover of these four subjects is immense and incorporating concepts from each leads to a much greater appreciation for our environment and the people around us. A few examples:
- Snowflakes (art and science)
- Golden Ratio (art, science and math)
- Alexander Calder mobiles (all four subjects)
In addition to these technical concepts, we will also have lots of fun and make some pretty cool art in the process! Miss Angie’s classes are very interactive and she takes pride in creating a welcoming classroom environment. Nature, movement and additional types of art are also incorporated in daily lessons. We will use a variety of art mediums and tools to make many unique projects.
